Welcome to KeysPlus and National Telecom Services (NatTelCom LLC). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites, platforms, and services, including our communication and verification messaging programs.
1. Program Description
National Telecom Services (NatTelCom LLC) and the KeysPlus platform operate a customer verification and account notification program. By participating, users receive secure one-time passcodes (OTPs), verification PINs, and service notifications regarding high-speed internet, television, and telecommunications services requested through our sales representatives or online portals.
2. User Opt-In
Users opt-in to receive messages by providing verbal consent during live customer interactions with our sales representatives or by submitting information through our digital platforms and move-in portals.
3. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. Help Instructions (HELP)
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply HELP for more assistance, or get help directly by contacting our support team through our main website channels.
5. Carrier Liability
Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on user requests and verification actions.
7. Privacy Policy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All personal data collected is governed by our Privacy Policy.
